I am gathering Catholic books. I bought 4 from Ascension Press that I downloaded on my ipad/kindle. One is about drawing near to Mother Mary like a daughter. This is still so new to me, somehow homey and foreign simultaneously. I don’t know how to draw close to Mary. I want to find out.
As I draw closer to my earthly mother, who has become my best girlfriend, I want to draw nearer to my spiritual mother too. And I hope that that will improve my mothering of my daughter. And that Mary will intercede for me at the moment of judgement.
