I’m pausing YouTube. If I restart, there will be a bible journaling/study channel and a book channel. But the whole purpose in having a channel is to raise money for my dog rescue, and I’m years away from being able to do that anyway. Plus, I don’t like being on camera.
I got some new books I’m excited to dive into! Dinosaur fiction! Not Jurassic Park, but some books I never heard of until just yesterday. I’m going to read the sample of each and decide what to buy.
This week I hope to take A out and get her a new camera. I’d love to see her get into photography. She sounds excited about it.
To raise money for my future dog rescue, I might offer cheap, nonprofessional photography services. The idea would be to take simple family photos that would allow mom to be with the family, instead of behind the camera. Moms are erased from too many memories because they’re the ones behind the camera. Nothing with tons of airbrushing or an expensive camera. But for a 40 or 50 dollar donation, I’ll meet families in the location of their choosing and take family photos. I think this could fulfill a need.
