Since deleting my trad wife Instagram, I feel freer. I made friends there – some I will keep up with other ways and others I’ll just miss. But I won’t miss dealing with the daily drama and arguments and some people who are so unhinged as to make me look like a normie. A lot of followers were good people and I feel honored to have known them. But others were misogynists, polygynysts, or vitriolic toward the Catholic Church. Still others get upset if you don’t support everything Trump does. The polygynyst women were often nice, but the men were often nasty. As a woman I don’t want to deal with men being nasty to me. I’d rather spend time with my husband and read.
Social media is taking up less and less of my time. Today I posted some art, and every day I try to post dogs from high kill shelters to get them homes. But I don’t check it like I used to and I don’t miss it. Here are some collages I found on my Procreate that I forgot I made. Digital art journaling is so therapeutic to me.

I am getting into using my planner. I want to go back to diary keeping too, although this blog is somewhat of a diary. I want to take the time I’m not on social media and be productive with it. More cooking. More writing. More art. More cleaning.
